“These days, in the collective imagination, the very concept of talent seems limited to the technical area:
“He has a beautiful arm”, “He has a nice ball play”, etc.
As a spectator of a sporting performance, I can be gratified by an aesthetic gesture which is beautiful and pleasant.
As a sports trainer, on the other hand, I hope to get to the starting line boys who have talent above all in the mental and character areas. Physical performance, technical gesture and tactical ability can be acquired and improved with daily application.
I have seen technical talents not reaching levels of excellence for lack of character qualities, vice versa I have seen guys with no particular technical talent become professionals thanks to the will and the desire to emerge.
Our mission is to train athletes from the base to make them grow according to the healthiest values that life and sport teach “.
